Physiotherapists have the knowledge to provide accurate diagnosis and plan the appropriate treatments. Since physiotherapists are a part of the medical profession, they can also liaise with your other healthcare providers (radiologist, surgeon, GP, etc) to ensure consistency when managing your condition.

No. you can always make a booking by calling up straight away. But if you have one, please bring it along with any x-rays or other relevant information that you may have. This will assist our physiotherapist with initial assessment and treatment plan.
Doctor’s referral is only required for patients under Medicare Enhanced Primary careplan (EPC) program. It is a special referral in which you can receive up to five physiotherapy treatments at Kinect Physiotherapy clinic per calendar year.
